4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tg7716 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
4.2 tg7716 will never contact you to request your password via any channel, including email, live chat, SMS, or telephone. Any communication purporting to be from tg7716 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to tg7716 support immediately.

5.2 All transactions on tg7716 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.

6.1 Withdrawal requests may be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to tg7716's withdrawal processing procedures. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
6.2 Before processing any withdrawal, tg7716 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This may include submission of a government-issued ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
6.3 Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within the same business day, subject to banking hours and cut-off times.
6.4 tg7716 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
6.5 Bonus funds are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Only real-money balances that have satisfied all applicable conditions are eligible for withdrawal.
7.1 tg7716 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each promotion, in addition to these general Terms.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms.

12.3 tg7716 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. tg7716 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party service failures.
12.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude tg7716's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
13.1 tg7716 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

14.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the tg7716 Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.3 tg7716 operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by PAGCOR. Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.
